Frequently asked questions
Which booking sites and systems does it work with?
Airbnb, Booking.com, and PMSs such as AirHost and Guesty — practically any service that publishes an iCal (.ics) calendar URL. Three feed shapes (reservations, cleaning tasks, occupied days) are detected automatically.
Do my cleaners need accounts?
No. Send them one share link — the calendar opens in any phone browser and prints cleanly. No apps, no logins.
How much can I use for free?
Up to 10 properties, free for as long as you like, with 3 months of history and twice-daily automatic refresh.
Where do I find my iCal (.ics) URL?
In each booking site's admin screens. On Airbnb, for example: Calendar → Availability → Calendar sync → Export calendar, then copy the URL it shows.
How quickly do booking changes appear?
Feeds refresh automatically twice a day on the free plan and hourly on the paid plan (paid accounts can switch automatic refresh off). You can also refresh manually from the dashboard (twice a day free; every 5 minutes paid).
Can my cleaners see guest names or contact details?
No. The shared calendar shows only dates, the three marks, and — if you enable it — incoming guest counts. Names, contact details and prices are never displayed.
Can I see past cleaning history?
The free plan shows the past 3 months, the paid plan the past 36. Bookings from before you registered may not be available, depending on the booking site's calendar settings.
Can I cancel or delete my account at any time?
Yes. The paid plan (up to 50 properties, ¥980/month or ¥9,800/year, tax included, billed by card via Stripe) can be cancelled at any time with no further charges, and you can delete your account entirely from the account page.
Is the interface in English?
The cleaner-facing calendar is symbols and dates, so it works in any language. The operator dashboard is currently Japanese-first — an English UI is on the roadmap, and the pages work well with your browser's translation feature in the meantime.
